First, I am not an expert, nor do I think I know everything, but I try to be thorough in my reasoning, and appeal to top experts in their field as applicable. If I disagree with someone, I try to do it agreeably, and I do my best to respond with logic, not snark or hate. I try not to fly by the seat of my pants, nor appeal to emotion as I form or share my beliefs. I admit I can be aggressive, but I usually don't push my values on others, unless it's a safety issue.
Second, if you say there is a "your Truth" and "my Truth" you're actually making a Truth claim yourself that applies to everyone by implication. But what is your evidence for that? When it comes to truth, the commonsense philosophical view is that you can be one of three things: right, wrong, or have a compendium of both in your beliefs. There is no your truth and my truth. There is your belief and my belief, and it may be true that we disagree, but one of us is right or both of us are wrong in our truth claims.
Perhaps we even hold to some similar propositions or elements of the truth as we search. We usually hold to a belief that is taken to be at 51-percent or more reliable than something else we’ve learned, through what we accept as good evidence. We can even disagree about what is good evidence, but you still can’t have your own truth. Just ask any of your teachers, physicians, or engineers. At times I've been too intense, but it's only because I truly believe it and love learning and sharing. . Third, ontologically the content of a thought or belief is either true or false and its appropriate to debate those that pertain to ultimate meaning and purpose. Since we are fallible we use arguments within debate and evidence to sharpen our thinking and form our beliefs. It's not meant to be hateful or divisive, but for free-thinking people of goodwill to draw conclusions. If you can't support your beliefs, then I believe that you should rethink them.
Finally, at the beginning, middle, and end of these public or private debates and/or conversations I believe one must be charitable and respectful. I don't always fall into that category, but I try. My Christian belief system requires it.
