The direct intuition of an infinite God in His relation to creatures is a natural endowment of the human soul at birth. This true intuitive idea is in the beginning unformed, but is progressively constructed by self-reflection, experience, education, and I believe the leading of the Holy Spirit.
You cannot know the details of a supreme Beings nature and expectations, nor your own moral obligations through intuition alone. Intuition is a light; however, more cognitive and behavioral effort is required to focus it and raise our mind from things visible to their invisible First Cause. Doubts may arise in your mind against your faith in God, and how you can put off those doubts. It can’t be done by mere reflection and intuition, but by calling to your mind the strong reasons from which God’s existence is mediately evident.
You may arrive at the knowledge of an immaterial being by reason, faith in a adequate authority, and the conscious desire to know God. If you alone are the spiritual locus of authority, then you may find yourself struggling and with more of a morally recalcitrant attitude than open mind. You’re likely not listening to the voice of God, nor fully reasoning with all your faculties. At minimum you have personal beliefs that aren’t mediately warranted in a worldview framework that has cognitive and behavioral authority for all of life. You have embraced self-proclaimed standards that supersede the Creator of the universe.
In order to explain things not accessible to sense perception, we have to resort to illustrations drawn from the objects of sense. Principle links that can’t be drawn from mere intuition; things produced suppose a first unproduced cause; an unproduced cause exists by the necessity of its own nature, or is self-existing; there can be but one self-existing being; the one self-existing being must be the source of every possible being. In other words, it must be infinitely perfect; otherwise, the total first cause of all contingent being would be less perfect than the effects which it can produce. God produced from His all-good nature, all that is good. Anything less than an a perfectly good God is not God, but an unnecessary being that could be something else. God cannot be something else. He is a necessary being.
Paraphrased: J.P. Moreland, Kingdom Triangle/ The Soul
Dr. J.P. Moreland, Talbot School of Theology, Edutainment at it's finest. "Believe me when I say the novel is very interesting reading. I was engaged. Mike Burnette has done an outstanding job of capturing the mind-body problem arguments accurately and in an interesting, readable way." Gary R. Habermas, Liberty University, “PSYCHONIX is a compulsively readable roller-coaster ride fraught with psychological thrills, unanticipated dips and lurches, and replete with existential truths. This neo-apologetics whirlwind has the makings to fascinate you philosophically, psychologically, and nostalgically in equal measures." THOSE INVOLVED IN the Mind-Body Problem project, at Innovations Technology Laboratory (ITL), discovered that there was a science to the supernatural. The self-evident lines separating the disparate fields of study were seemingly erased, when they unexpectedly detected and harnessed a mental substance dubbed PSYCHON radiation. ITL immediately began to originate astounding "human-level artificial intelligence" that binds to the soul. It interfaced with equipment and prosthetics known as psychological bionics or PSYCHONIX. The biggest surprise was its unmistakable ability to amplify and enable mind-to-mind communication through what would be designated as the Holt frequency spectrum.
